Uninstall/upgrade patch for Windows VISTA users

FOR WINDOWS VISTA ONLY - This patch corrects the problem of not being able to uninstall or upgrade from Notes Beta 3 on Windows Vista to a later version of Notes/Domino 8.

To apply the patch:

Replace $INSTALL_DIR\framework\rcp\eclipse\features\com.ibm.portal.feature_6.1.1.200705170110\handler.properties file with this one:

handler.properties
